Booking & Confirmation

We respond within 24 hours with a personalized itinerary. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with full payment due 30 days before departure. Early booking (at least 60 days in advance) is recommended. Prices may fluctuate if payment is delayed.

Payment

  • We accept major credit cards.
  • Prices are quoted in USD.
  • Payments must be made on time to secure your reservation and lock in the price.
  • Any transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to change your plan after confirmation, please review our cancellation policy for applicable fees and important details.

  • 30+ days before departure: No charge
  • 14–29 days before departure: 10% fee
  • 3–13 days before departure: 50% fee
  • 0–2 days before departure: 100% fee
  • Additional supplier fees may apply.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services after the trip begins.

Changes & Adjustments

Changes are free before confirmation. After booking, changes may incur fees and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Documents

Travelers must hold valid passports (with at least 6 months’ validity) and any required visas. All personal information must match travel documents. Travelers are responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Insurance & Liability

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are not liable for losses, delays, or incidents beyond our control, including accidents, natural disasters, or theft.

Health & Special Requirements

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions in advance.
  • Some trips may not be suitable for certain travelers (e.g., late pregnancy or mobility limitations).
  • Travelers are responsible for meeting all health and vaccination requirements.
